Electrical Periodic Inspections

To ensure the continued safety of an existing Electrical installation, the Institute of Electrical Engineers or IEE advise that electrical installations are periodically inspected, tested and certified.

Depending on the type of premises the period or timescale between inspections differ. These inspections must be carried out by qualified electrical engineers.

Kaben-Cooper Ltd employ highly qualified City & Guilds educated engineers who will inspect, test and NICEIC certify any existing electrical installation in any location strictly to the latest edition of BS 7671 IEE Regulations. Any departures from the regulations or items considered unsafe would be reported so that corrective measures may be carried out.

Electrical Periodic inspection works can be arranged for any type of premises whether large or small, Domestic, Commercial or Industrial.

NICEIC Completion Certification

It is a requirement of BS 7671 IEE Regulations 2001 for all electrical installations upon completion to be inspected for compliance and tested using the correct test equipment and finally certified with the up to date documentation.

All electrical installations carried out by Kaben-Cooper Ltd are not only carried out in strict conformation with BS7671 but are also NICEIC certified.

By performing this general requirement the customer can be assured that the installation whether it again be large or small Domestic, Commercial or Industrial that it has been carried out strictly to regulation standard and the very best of quality has been assured.

All our test and inspections are undertaken to the strict regulations as laid down in BS7671. Upon completion of each inspection and test a detailed NICEIC report is prepared and issued.

In addition to building testing we undertake Portable Appliance Testing. Using the latest test equipment we are able to test each appliance individually and provide a report outlining the general condition of the appliance. Further to this a detailed report can be downloaded and supplied.
